and we are talking with another friend and he says to me
“Well, you have nice hair for a person of your complexion.”
This hit me in the wrong way for 2 reasons ’ What did he mean by nice hair ‘

While i’m on the topic of hair I did something that it’s taking me and people close to me a while to get used too
I cut my hair! I’ll post pics later!
Some comments I have already received
” Is that a wig?”- my sister (lmaoo!)
” are you wearing a bump-it, damn you have so much hair ” - andrea ( too funny)
” you look like a totally different person, but you’ll look beautiful no matter what you do anyway ” - boyfriend ( I blushed lol)
” you look like coconut head ” - my jerk of a cousin ( I laughed/cried)

This “compliment” definitely rubbed me the wrong way and to top it all off he says
“And plus you’re haitian so people don’t really expect that.”
